Nganana Inc. is a NDIS Provider specialising in and committed to evidence based best practice.  We support people living with disability to achieve independence and inclusion via developmental support services designed in alignment with the ideology of the NDIS.  Nganana Inc. was founded and continues to be led by community service experts with decades of leadership experience working within disability, mental health, primary health and exceptional needs, both operationally, and as members of multi-agency, multi-disciplinary teams.  

While our initial focus has been specialising in supporting people living with high and complex needs, we are now taking that expertise and applying it to delivering developmental services supporting participants with physical, neurological and cognitive disabilities. The evidence-based best practice utilised to achieve developmental service delivery is a key feature of our approach.  This approach incorporates key features of what encapsulates best practice; 

• We build teams of committed support workers, not just any staff member and we do not use random agency staff.
• We subsidise level two coordination to ensure service delivery from this perspective is not compromised by insufficient coordination funding in participant plans.
• We report on behaviour as a key performance indicator of a SIL supporting vulnerable people with complex needs.  
• We have developed systems to successfully meet compliance reporting on restrictive practices with the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission and Department of Human Services. 
• We collect, collate and distribute data to all stakeholders as required to support informed decision making and resource requests to ensure participants receive supports as required.  

We understand the NDIS & NDIA, the positives, and the deficiencies.  We work collaboratively with all stakeholders, and subsidise services to achieve positive outcomes while petitioning NDIA to recognise and support best practice for vulnerable people with complex needs.
