About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a well organised individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our NDIS team filling the busy role of our NDIS Intake and Administration Officer.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of InCare Health Services team. Conducting intake interviews for potential NDIS clients and completing various NDIS administration tasks will be part of the daily role. 

As a crucial link in our clients onboarding process, you will also be responsible for gathering documents, coordinating the onboarding of customers, entering data into the CRM system, setting up residential sites, and organising client-specific training to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process for clients while working closely with our service delivery team.

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our NDIS team, who can demonstrate working knowledge of the below Key Selection Criteria

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate IV or above in an appropriate field such business administration, mental health, social work, youth work, disability support, community services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks depending on urgency.
  • Excellent and engaging customer service skills
  • The ability to work with people who experience mental health, disability, and people from a non-English Speaking Background
  • The ability to support organisational change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong Word-processing and other computer-based application skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Data Base applications, etc.
  • Self-management, self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A current Victorian Driver’s License

 

Desirable Attributes

  • An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Experience working with client management systems, and disability support funds (particularly SIL) and relevant legislation. 

 

Important criteria:

  • This position is Full Time or but can be Part Time for the right candidate.
  • Total remuneration package between $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per annum, including superannuation.
  • The successful applicant will report to the General Manager.
  • Preferred applicants will be required to undergo a National Police Record Check and hold a valid Working with Children Clearance.
