Contract Manager

We are currently seeking a casual cleaner based at various locations across Sydney including Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Western Suburbs and the South West corridor. We are seeking a cleaner who has extensive experience in domestic and commercial cleaning. As part of the role, we provide services to commercial clients as well as people with disabilities, mental health and aging individuals. TLC provide opportunities for career progression, training and ongoing support to staff.

About you and the role

• Experience in Commercial and Domestic cleaning
• Sales Experience/Experience in Business Management
• Social Networking
• Must have solid understanding in cleaning equipment and products
• Experience carrying out quality control checks
• Internal customer service focus
• Ability to train new staff members
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competency in using carpet cleaning and floor buffing/polishing equipment
• Extensive knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual and ability to clean effectively within given time frames
• Good knowledge of cleaning and hygiene related services
• Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel; Outlook.
• A can-do attitude

Essential Criteria

• Experience in Commercial and Domestic cleaning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working with children’s check
• Police check

English Language Proficiency

• Competent professional

Desirable Criteria

• Drivers license essential
• Demonstrated capacity to work with others as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively people experiencing mental health issues and disabilities

Job Type

• Full-time

Salary

• $50,000.00 to $69,000.00 /year
