We are an Australia wide diverse provider for both Participants and via sub-contracting to other service providers available 7 days a week  - 11am to Midnight AEST (9am to 9pm AWST) using zoom services.  Book on-line at

- Psychosocial Coaching

- Counselling

- Support Coordination (Level 2)

- ILO exploration and planning

- Skills building for Participants, Parents / Carers and Providers

- Group activities for social skills, mental health and capacity building

- Managing life stages, transition and supports

- Dispute resolution between Participants and Providers 

- Supervision, debriefing, training (with resources), internal audit and compliance assistance, as well as mediation between you and Participants or Staff for Providers

- Sub-contracted after-hours services for mental health for other Providers

- Senior management 'babysitting' for Providers

As the mother of 3 young adults with special needs, living with chronic disease and holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law), Adv Dip Community Service, Qualified Counsellor, Trainer & Assessor, Dee as our CEO is dedicated to providing services that create the life you want, your way.  To us you are the boss, we won't try and fit you into our box, but we will meet you in your world, however you'd like that to be.
