Community Inclusion empowers individuals with disabilities and mental health issues to live fulfilling lives in the community. We focus on recognising their unique strengths, providing access to resources and opportunities, and helping them achieve their goals.
We have over 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry. It includes the hospital, aged care and disability sector in roles ranging from disability support worker to Registered Nurses. We have also worked with homeless people with mental health issues and acquired brain injuries.
