We understand that people make a difference. We work with compassion and strive to eliminate loneliness and vulnerability by cultivating meaningful relationships with all our clients. We are care orientated with no salespeople and middle managers. This allows us to concentrate on what really matters while being cost-efficient.
At the Care Co. we have a holistic approach in our implementation of plans and services. We take into account the total wellbeing of the individual, their family, and community at all levels and in all aspects. We aim to remove all divisions and boundaries between the problems people living with a disability face and show how interlinked and interconnected they are. The issues in accessing services and participating in the community should not be seen as an individual’s problem but the whole community’s problem. In this way, one shares responsibility and begins to look at the total picture rather than through the lens of an individual one-by-one issue.
