Rising Journey Disability Services is an NDIS registered provider formed by a passionate support worker with many years of experience in the disability sector with people of all backgrounds, beliefs and walks of life to make the best of their lives. Our purpose is to help you achieve your lifelong goals to better elevate your life journey. We are committed to providing quality care and services that promotes dignity, diligence, respect and innovation.
Our Services Include:
✔️ Personal activities, e.g. personal care, hygiene, dressing, medication and domestic tasks.
✔️ Travel & transport arrangements
✔️ Assisting with Daily Tasks
✔️ Community access & social support, e.g. shopping, medical appointments, sporting, recreational events, social activities, visiting and making new friends etc ⚽
✔️ Household tasks, e.g. cleaning, cooking, laundry, meal preparation and delivery
✔️ Lawn and garden maintenance
✔️ Group centre activities
✔️ Community nursing care
We speak English, Assyrian & Arabic Fluently.
