About Complete Care Disability Service

Complete Care Disability Service is a  boutique provider based on the Northside of Brisbane. We are committed and understand that our participants deserve the best possible care and to live fulfilling lives based on their needs and goals. Our mission is to provide person centered support that allows individuals to feel safe and secure both physically and emotionally, enabling Individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations no matter what obstacles may be in the way. CCDS currently supports self and plan managed participants.  Our support workers have all relevant qualifications, experience and importantly empathy and compassion with the participants that we support. We look forward to supporting you in achieving your goals.
We are based in Margate QLD and offer services throughout the Northside and Southside of Brisbane
Complete Care  offers a range of services based on the needs of each individual.  
What we offer: 
Support Coordination- We have linked with Independant Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators to give you the choice and control over your NDIS Journey. 
Personal care 
Domestic/Home help 
Transport Assistance 
Companionship
Lawn/Yard work
Assistance with community participation- taking participants for appointments, movies, shopping, volunteer work, taking a class, or just needing some time away. 24/7 Support Workers
