Valley Healthcare provides in home support and supported independent living for people with a disability, from Eurobodalla through to Illawarra.

We’re an independent provider with a warm hearted network of experienced, police-checked and accredited team members who can offer you the highest quality individualised service.

We like to think of ourselves as matchmakers, providing personalised services that match your specific needs.

Whether it be playing sport, going to the movies, shopping, meals out, education, work experience, day trips or whatever your passion, we will work with you, your family and your Support Co-ordinator to develop an individual plan. Wherever possible we will ensure these meet NDIS funding requirements.
