elvesCARE is an NDIS service provider, based in Melbourne.

Our approach to disability services is ‘tailor-made’. We do not apply pre-packed, run-of-the-mill services. Instead, we do whatever needs to be done to facilitate a better life for you!

We specialize in mental health and psychosocial wellbeing and offer individual, group, and relationship interventions for fast results.

Our Disability Support Workers work in collaboration with the mental health practitioner to support the process of change!

Our popular Change360 Program is unique to us and is designed to fast-track changes for people with disabilities and their families. Often, parents and siblings are challenged caring for a person with a disability. Hence we make sure that they are more comfortable within themselves and have the know-how to best care for a person who has a disability. The Program may include Individual/Group Coaching and/or Training.

We cover autism, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia, forgetfulness, sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, addiction, self- harm, domestic violence, anger, thoughts of suicide, lack of communication/discipline/confidence/social/life skills, and help you move forward!
