About Donna Jaensch Brown

I have been involved with the fitness industry for nearly 30 years, with a lot of my focus being on Physical Rehabilitation. This is an area where I have gained so much knowledge and skills working alongside many Allied Health Professionals. 

I worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant for 8 years within our local health service which gave me greater insight into Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes & Cardiac Rehab) along with broadening my rehabilitation skills and networks.

I established myself back in business in 2012 to give the local Allied Health Professionals a referral pathway for their clients/patients to gain a service they felt confident in, knowing we were able to offer a very professional service to all who walked or rolled through our doors. This was also to fill a gap within the fitness industry to be able to accomodate a fitness service to our local mature ageing population and people with disability. 

These 2 target groups bring so much joy, satisfaction and amazing outcomes to our facility, we are constantly learning each day from all our wonderful clients as they all bring their own unique journey of illness, injury and now recovery.

End of 2018 I became a registered NDIS provider offering personal training to the Murraylands Region.

I have done this to show my community I am here to offer the best service to all people with a disability and to reassure them that we hold the correct qualifications, we have all the necessary clearances to work with people with disability and we have met all the requirements through the required NDIS Audit.

We will always aim to provide a professional service to help those who roll in, in wheel chairs or walking frames and their goal is to walk unaided. We will help you reach these goals.
