Patty Health and Care Support Services is a registered NDIS provider with recognized high quality care within the community. We provide person-centred approach where individual receive care and support that matters the most to them. We understand that everyone is unique, and without any assumptions we take time to identify their individual’s needs.

Patty Health and Care Support Services understand that finding reliable and quality care can be difficult. That’s why we make sure all of our staff members are trained to support National Disability Insurance Scheme participants. Additionally, they all should have years of experience delivering services to NDIS participants.
